Project Training & Rollout Support
Are you ready to make a significant impact in an exciting project environment? Our client within higher education is seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Training & Rollout Support professional for a temporary assignment.
Start ASAP, pay £25.52ph, duration two months, this is a part time role working two and half days per week, this is hybrid working, closest train station is White City.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive training plans for new systems and processes.
* Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and drop-in support.
* Create clear, accessible user guidance and training materials in both written and video formats.
* Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective rollout.
* Build sustainable training resources for long-term use.
Essential Experience:
* Working within a Higher Education environment
* Proven track record in developing training plans for system implementations.
* Experience designing and facilitating training for diverse staff groups.
* Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with project teams and operational stakeholders.
Essential Skills:
* Ability to translate complex processes into practical guidance.
* Excellent written communication to produce concise documentation.
* Strong facilitation and presentation skills for dynamic training delivery.
