Restaurant Manager STRAKERS
Were looking for a passionate, service-driven Restaurant Manager to lead the floor team from the front at our busy restaurant in the heart of Golborne Road.
Youll be the driving force behind the guest experience, inspiring and supporting the Front of House team while ensuring service runs like clockwork each day.
Your key responsibilities:
* Inspire and empower the FOH team through training, mentoring, and leading by example. Bringing a motivational, can-do energy to each service!
* Plan and lead daily briefings, keeping service sharp and standards high.
* Manage staff schedules efficiently and fairly, in line with budget.
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and team development in line with STRAKER'S values.
* Help foster a supportive team culture, where FOH can develop with structured pathways.
* Ensure the restaurant is clean, tidy and following due diligence processes at all times.
* Looking ahead to the future success of the restaurant, alongside the senior Management team.
* Executing events to a high standard.
