£37,500 + 10% Profit Share (OTE £48,000)

Working Hours
* Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
* Alternate Saturdays: 08:30 – 13:00
* No Sundays or Bank Holidays

What You’ll Be Doing
* Oversee the daily running of the service desk and workshop
* Lead, support, and motivate both the workshop and front‑of‑house teams
* Allocate workloads to technicians and ensure deadlines are met
* Monitor workshop performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
* Communicate clearly with customers about repairs, costs, and authorisations
* Manage parts ordering and stock control within the system
* Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
* Maintain high standards of safety, service, and operational excellence
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in an automotive workshop environment, ideally in a supervisory or management role
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Confident IT skills and the ability to manage admin processes
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
* Understanding of workshop health & safety requirements
