We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our skilled, compassionate team. You will work across primary and secondary, helping pupils re-engage in learning through supportive, structured, and nurturing relationships. As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Work closely with class teachers and pastoral staff to support learning Build trusted relationships with pupils who may have experienced disrupted education Adapt support to individual needs through Personalised Learning Plans (PLPs) Promote emotional resilience, positive behaviour, and self-belief Support delivery of academic subjects and enrichment activities Why Join Us? Willing to drive from to Poole occasionally to work in our satelite site (driving licence and access to a vehicle required).
