Office Manager/School Administrator
Salary: NJC Grade 5, Scale Points 12–18, £22,545.08 - £28,015.41 per annum
Hours: 32.5 hours per week term time only plus training days and 5 additional days during holidays as required. Monday–Friday: 8:15am – 3:45pm (1‑hour break)

Clifton upon Teme Primary School is situated in the heart of the Teme Valley, a vibrant community where every child is inspired to grow, and every staff member plays a vital role in shaping futures. Our dedicated school administrator is retiring, and we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic School Office Manager to join our team from January 1st, 2026. This key role will work closely with the Headteacher and staff to ensure the smooth and effective running of our school. It is a varied and exciting position in a vibrant and happy community. This role is term time to include training days plus an extra week according to the needs of the school.
The Key Responsibilities
* Manage with the Headteacher school operations, including monitoring health & safety, compliance, and estates.
* Support financial planning, budget management, and procurement.
* Oversee HR administration, recruitment, and staff development.
* Work closely with the Headteacher and SLT to support strategic planning.
* Ensure that all resources are used effectively to deliver the best outcomes for children.
