Begin a Career in Project Management
If successful, you will carry out a 4 year Associate Project Management Apprenticeship within our Project Controls teams. You will also pursue qualifications at a local college, and then you will integrate into, and rotate through our team of experienced procurement, manufacturing and Project Teams.
As a Manufacturing Apprentice, you will complete the following rotations:
1. Rotation1: with a mentor, in the PM team, learning the core business, products and soft skills baseline
2. Rotation 2: Manufacturing Planning
3. Rotation 3: Sourcing
4. Rotation 4: Project Planning
5. Rotation 5: Risk Management
6. Rotation 6: Contract Management
7. Rotation 7: Project Management and/or Project Engineering Management
8. Rotation 8: Aligned to permanent role, in this case Project Coordinator
