This role is based in our Birmingham North dealership: 857 Tyburn Rd, Erdington, Birmingham B24 9NY, United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
* Plan, monitor, and maintain all relevant budgetary controls.
* Manage departmental deadlines and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Recruit, select, and onboard new talent.
* Develop and support your team to achieve both individual and business goals.
* Collaborate with colleagues in seeking and connecting with new and existing customers and markets.
* Assist with admin tasks including Profit and Loss sheets, delivery documentation, stock searches for new customer orders, and reporting forecasts to management.
* Support the Sales Team in deal building, negotiation, and closing.
* Monitor performance of the Sales Team and conduct regular 1-on-1s to maximise effectiveness.
Essential Skills / Qualifications
* Ensure effective sales processes and lead management processes are adhered to.
* Drive to achieve and exceed departmental KPI’s with a proven track record of delivering results and high customer satisfaction scores.
* Strong management skills with experience in leading a large team to deliver results for business and customers.
* Ability to handle and manage customer queries and complaints effectively.
* Ability to support the sales team in deal building, negotiation and closing.
