Key Purpose of the Job
In conjunction with the Account Manager, deliver effective maintenance and reactive services. Work as part of a dedicated multi-skilled team to ensure the appropriate service levels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance services across up to 70 sites in London.
2. Complete risk assessments and implement control measures before tasks.
3. Maintain a flexible approach and support team goals.
4. Ensure safety of team, subcontractors, and third parties.
5. Keep records, drawings, data sheets, circuit charts, and pipe work routes updated and report to your supervisor.
6. Observe estate conditions and report issues.
7. Be prepared to work outside your core discipline with proper training.
8. Participate in out-of-hours call-out cover.
9. Follow Pareto policies and procedures.
10. Prioritize health and safety for all activities.
11. Perform plumbing/mechanical repairs and installations to standard.
12. Record all maintenance work accurately in company systems.
13. Supervise subcontractors as needed.
14. Work in an organized, logical, and flexible manner.
15. Collaborate with the team to deliver quality service.
16. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Essential: Domestic and commercial Gas Safe accreditation.
Desirable: Unvented hot water systems, Water Regulations, Part L Building Regulations, TPCP1 certification, Building Management Systems (BMS), steam boilers, and authorisation as a Mechanical Discipline Authorised Person.
Experience and Knowledge
Essential: Extensive post-qualification experience in a relevant field, capable of working under pressure independently.
Desirable: Experience in public organizations, BMS, environmental control systems, and maintaining productivity while adapting to changes.
