The Finance Assistant offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is currently studying AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualification and is looking to develop their skills in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable
* Prepare and process invoices, expense claims, and payment transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
* Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
* Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* Collaborate with colleagues across departments to gather financial data and provide support as needed.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
* AA/ACCA/CIMA qualification
