A great opportunity has become available within the Unipart Security Department for a Licensed Security Officer to join our In-House team at Magna Park, near Lutterworth.
Successful applicants will receive a guaranteed salary of £34,875 (with optional overtime) and work rotational 12-hour shifts, incorporating days, nights and weekends.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Provide a courteous, professional and welcoming atmosphere for all clients, their representatives and visitors to the company.
* Provide security for 'People, Product & Property at all times.
* Conduct regular searches of site staff contractors and/or visitors.
* Conduct regular internal and external site patrols.
* Conduct gatehouse duties – seal checks, booking vehicles in/out on PC, vehicle searches, communicating site rules to drivers.
* Reporting of incidents and completing relevant reports.
* Report any H&S breaches and/or concerns.
* CCTV monitoring and footage reviews / investigations.
* Assist with fire alarm tests and site evacuations.
* Respond to fire and/or intruder alarms where required.
* Issue and control staff and visitor access cards.
* Meet the requirements of the site Assignment Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.

* A valid front-line SIA license.
