Your role will involve: Understanding reasons for cancellation Providing solutions and guidance to retain customers Delivering excellent service and building strong customer relations Meeting retention targets whilst ensuring customer satisfaction What you'll need: 1 years contact centre/customer service experience, ideally in a sales environment due to volume of calls. Experience in retentions (desirable, not essential) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and target driven mind Successful candidates must pass a DBS check What we offer: Base salary of £27780.48.
