Merchandising Coordinator - Retail Display Installations

£30,000, rising to £33,000 after 6-month probation
We're looking for an organised and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage the planning and delivery of retail display installations across the UK and Ireland for a leading brand in the flooring industry.
You'll oversee warehouse operations, transport logistics, and a small field team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on brand, and to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate display installations, deliveries, and stock movements.
Manage a small team of merchandisers and a warehouse operative.
Liaise with internal teams, sales managers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
Track inventory, plan routes, and manage logistics documentation.
Ensure compliance with transport and customs regulations.
What you'll bring:
3+ years' experience in logistics, merchandising coordination, or project management.
Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced MS Office skills and a full UK driving licence.
