Business Assistant
We are a dynamic and growing kitchen manufacturer, committed to delivering excellence and innovation. To support our leadership team and streamline operations, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Assistant to join our team.
This will lead to a more senior role going forwards and a long term career with the business.
You will be working very closely with the MD and will become an integral part of the management team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and organizational support to executives and managers
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism
* Assist with project management, tracking deadlines, and ensuring deliverables are met
* Conduct research and compile data to support business decisions
* Liaise with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth communication
* Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Prior experience in administration, business support, or executive assistance preferred
* Professional demeanor and a problem-solving mindset
