Cybersecurity Senior Manager
Location: London
Please Note: Due to the nature of client work, you will need to be willing to undergo a Security Clearance process, which requires 5+ years UK address history at the point of application.

Learning Opportunities:
1. Experience in the Products sector, working with FTSE 100 and High Street brands to secure IT and OT infrastructures.
2. Lead delivery of security offerings across cyber resilience, protection, and strategy domains, including governance, cloud, AI, risk assessments, identity and access management, and managed security services.
3. Implement security compliance measures in complex technical transformation projects.
Senior Manager Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring system security and strategic improvement.
2. Partner with clients to deliver complex, data-driven solutions, understanding their business needs.
3. Mentor team members, participate in recruiting, and contribute to the practice community.
4. Engage with clients to understand their needs, communicate strategies, and develop tailored solutions.
5. Manage security projects, conduct assessments, and ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CAF.
6. Support business development through proposal development and client relationship management.
7. Evaluate security risks and produce relevant documentation and policies.
8. Build relationships with vendors and service providers.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
2. 7+ years experience in cybersecurity, including IT and OT.
3. Knowledge of security standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO27001).
4. Proficiency with security technologies such as firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, encryption.
5. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM.
2. Experience with OT security and cloud-based solutions.
