The Role
You’ll play a central role in the firm’s professional services offering, working across a broad mix of instructions including:
* Rent Reviews & Lease Renewals
* Valuations
* Landlord & Tenant matters
* Work generated from both an existing management portfolio and external clients
What We’re Looking For
* Commercial / General Practice surveying experience
* MRICS preferred
* Proactive, commercially minded approach
* A personable, relationship-driven surveyor who values client care and long-term partnerships
