Job Role: As a Night Duty Residential Childcare Worker, youll play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for our children during the night hours. Youll be the calm, reassuring presence they need, helping them feel secure and cared for while supporting their growth and wellbeing.
