We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated professional to join our Trauma division as a Sales Associate. In this role, you will develop skills to manage accounts within an existing sales territory, oversee daily operations of key accounts, manage stock issues, organize and conduct customer training, and provide guidance on our product portfolio in a hospital theatre environment.
Key Activities & Accountabilities:
1. Gain an understanding of the Trauma portfolio to provide in-depth product knowledge to customers.
2. Support surgeons and theatre staff during Trauma procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
3. Observe customer needs and collaborate with sales colleagues to introduce new or additional Stryker products and support.
4. Record customer details and develop basic business plans with objectives.
5. Learn price negotiations, produce sales quotations, manage contracts, and offer value propositions to maximize profitability.
6. Understand the local healthcare environment, patient pathways, and hospital departments.
7. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, creativity, and teamwork.
Requirements:
* Science or business educational background or equivalent experience.
* Experience in sales or related fields.
* Driven, charismatic, and people-focused attitude.
* Proficiency in MS Office and confident presentation skills.
* Interest in anatomy and physiology.
* Proven high achiever with a willingness to learn and take on challenges.
* Ability to manage multiple customer relationships under pressure.
* Engaging, motivating, and hardworking personality.
* Valid UK driver’s license.
