Senior Sales Manager – Corporate & MICE (Hospitality) Permanent | Immediate Start LDK Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our hospitality client for a driven and proactive Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow their Corporate and MICE business. This is a senior, hands-on sales role suited to a commercially minded self-starter with a strong understanding of the hotel and hospitality landscape. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, converting, and managing high-yield corporate accounts while building long-term strategic relationships. Regular UK travel for trade shows, sales missions, and client meetings is a core part of the role. Key Responsibilities: Proactive Sales & Business Development Identify and secure new corporate and MICE business across sectors including pharmaceutical, energy, government, and national and global accounts. Actively prospect new opportunities through client meetings, cold calling, networking, and industry events. Represent the property at key UK trade shows and exhibitions such as BTTS, WTM, and The Meetings Show. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with agency partners. Implement and follow structured sales procedures to ensure consistency across the property. Account Management & Team Collaboration Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, driving revenue growth and long-term client relationships. Plan and host site inspections, FAM trips, and client entertainment where required. Work closely with Sales, Revenue, and Marketing teams to achieve commercial targets. Provide accurate pipeline management and reporting through weekly and monthly updates. Support and manage a small sales team while remaining highly active in the field. Candidate Profile Essential requirements: Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in proactive hotel sales, with exposure to Corporate and MICE markets. Willing and able to travel regularly across the UK, including overnight stays. Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently. Proven ability to manage and motivate a small team. Confident in face-to-face sales, pitching, negotiating, and closing new business. Strong relationship-building skills with a consistent follow-through approach. Comfortable working closely with a Group Director of Sales.
