This role is on a permanent basis and is fully site-based. The Company: We are working with a highly reputable rail manufacturing business based near Mansfield, with a strong operational footprint and a focus on continuous improvement, safety, and team development. The Role: This is a Production Coordinator role; supporting the Production Manager and acting as a key link between management and shop floor teams. You will initially oversee a small team (circa 10 operatives), with the opportunity to grow your responsibilities and team size over time as you develop within the role.
