Faculty of Social Sciences School of Global Development Teaching Fellow in Global Development Ref: ATS1352 Salary on appointment will be £38,784 per annum (pro rata), with an annual increment up to £46,049 per annum (pro rata). An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Teaching Fellow to join the School of Global Development to deliver lectures and seminars and carry out teaching-related duties in the field/s of Global Development with politics, conflict studies and / or education.​ Teaching is a key part of this role and as such you will be expected to plan, teach and assess undergraduate and potentially postgraduate programmes, taking responsibility for the delivery and assessment of specific modules. This will include organising modules and developing teaching and learning materials. You must have a first degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area with experience of undergraduate teaching and student assessment at all levels including coursework, examinations and undergraduate dissertations. Teaching experience at postgraduate level would be advantageous. This part-time (0.8 FTE) post is available on a fixed term basis for 12 months from 3 August 2026.
