We are looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to support a 16-year-old with Autism, CFS, and gender dysphoria.
As a PA, your responsibilities will include acting as a mentor, supporting the individual in building confidence and promoting independence, helping to create and maintain social connections, engaging in social and leisure activities, and establishing routines.
An interest in antique/vintage books and classic literature would be a distinct advantage.
We seek a caring, open-minded, proactive, and motivated individual with a passion for supporting others. Previous experience is desirable, along with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. A driver with a full clean license and access to a personal vehicle is required.
This is a part-time position, offering 6.5 hours per week at an hourly rate of £12.21, plus 5.6 weeks paid annual leave and a workplace pension scheme.
