We're looking for an Office Manager to join our team based in Castle Donington, East Midlands. Location: Castle Donington, East Midlands Hours: Full-time - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. As Office Manager, you'll be the heart of our office operations, ensuring a professional, safe, and efficient working environment. You'll provide essential administrative leadership, support our operational teams, and act as a central point of coordination, enabling everyone to focus on delivering projects successfully. What will you be responsible for? As an Office Manager, you'll be working within the operations team, supporting them in delivering excellence across all projects. Your day to day will include: Managing the day-to-day running of the office, including facilities, supplies, and maintaining a welcoming environment Providing high-quality administrative support, coordinating meetings, diaries, and maintaining accurate records Supporting document management processes and ensuring compliance with company procedures Assisting with finance administration, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices Supporting HR processes such as onboarding new starters and promoting a positive office culture What are we looking for?
