Overview of the role
The Global Digital Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of aromatherapyassociates.com. As well as being responsible for timely product launches, you will also update prices, onsite banners, product online reporting, and communicate our weekly bestsellers. You’ll be familiar with working cross-functionally with Product & Brand Marketing teams to ensure timely product & campaign launches.
Furthermore, working closely with the Global Head of DTC & Marketplaces, this role will be responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to finance teams, platform providers, and external contractors.
Success in this role looks like timely and optimised product launches, optimising the website to support meeting weekly, monthly, and yearly sales forecasts.
Key Responsibilities
* Promotion set up and reporting
* Weekly reporting on bestsellers, category performance & promotion performance
* Owner of the entire product life cycle, from launch to sell through and deliver product and site content launches fully optimised and on time
* Optimise the website to support trade maximise sales via category amendments/creation, site navigation management, optimising product merchandising, creating and maintaining product filters and sorting rules
* Support the Global Head of Digital and wider marketing team in achieving sales forecast and executing trading plan
* Working closely with Digital Designers to brief in on site assets for product and campaign launches.
* Support Email Marketing with product information, stock, website links and testing.
* Liaise and coordinate with external partners on projects and campaigns. This includes but not limited to platforms, agencies, and contractors
* Be first point of contact for the Customer Services team, respond to all queries and fix or escalate where appropriate
* General team admin support including but not limited to handling internal and external invoices
Person Specification
* Approximately 3 years experience working in an Ecomm/Digital Coordinator role or similar
* Knowledge of Shopify is essential
* Experience in working for a fashion, home, or lifestyle brand is desirable but not essential
* Very strong attention to detail with ownership of accuracy
* Numerical and Intermediate Excel user
* Excellent communication skills and team player
* Self-starter with a sense of urgency, used to working in a fast-paced environment
