Job Description
3. Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
4. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning.
5. Monitor and report on financial performance against key business objectives.
6. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
7. Support the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors.
8. Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and recommendations.
9. Assist in cash flow management and financial modelling activities.
10. Contribute to process improvements within the Accounting & Finance department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful applicant should have:
11. A professional accounting qualification (preferably ACCA/CIMA- ACA's with industry experience will be considered).
12. Experience in a hands on environment within a varied role
13. Experience with management accounting or financial reporting.
14. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
15. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
16. An understanding of the Technology & Telecoms industry is desirable.
17. The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
18. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
19. Experience working in a PE environment will be favourable
