Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Head of Development Management in South West London
This is a contract role, and you will need to have experience in a similar role.
Details:
1. Leading a Housing Planned Projects Team within the Housing Asset Management Team
2. Managing and Project Managers, Clerks of Works, Consultants and contractors including the Councils Term contractor Cardo.
3. The focus of the team is on refurbishment works within the Council's 6,000 + housing stock
4. Some small scale development work (conversions and some infill).
5. Projects include Decent Homes, enveloping, compliance programmed works, ex decs etc...
6. Working closely with the Asset Data and Compliance Team and Repairs Team to deliver a circa £16m programme.
7. Role will also experience of leading major change within a growing team both internally and with partner suppliers.
8. Needs to be able to lead an excellent data led approach
