 
        
        Overall aim of the role:
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse & Storage Manager to oversee multiple warehouse and storage sites. You’ll ensure operations run safely, efficiently, and consistently, maintaining high standards of organisation, accuracy, and compliance.
You’ll bring at least three years’ experience in warehouse or logistics management, strong IT and inventory control skills, and sound knowledge of HSE practices.
Practical, organised, and physically fit, you’ll be confident managing people, stock, and space across several busy locations.

What you’ll do:
Key responsibilities of this role will include, but not limited to:
Multi-Site Warehouse Operations
 * Oversee daily warehouse activities across all sites, ensuring consistency and compliance.
 * Organise layouts and storage systems to optimise space, accuracy, and productivity.
 * Conduct regular audits and visits to maintain high performance and safety standards.
Inventory Management
 * Maintain accurate stock records across all locations.
 * Manage archived storage, shredding, and stock transfers between sites.
 * Conduct stock counts, reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Goods In / Goods Out
 * Oversee all inbound and outbound logistics processes.
 * Ensure timely receiving, quality checks, and accurate dispatch documentation.
 * Coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery schedules and maintain order accuracy.
Health, Safety & Compliance
 * Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular risk assessments.
 * Ensure full compliance with HSE and legal storage and transport requirements.
 * Maintain clean, organised, and secure facilities.
Continuous Improvement & Reporting
 * Analyse warehouse KPIs to identify and drive process improvements.
 * Lead cost-saving and service-enhancing initiatives.
 * Produce management reports on performance, stock accuracy, and throughput.
Ad Hoc & Cross-Team Support
 * Support other teams with furniture moves, room setups, and refurbishment tasks.
 * Collaborate with the Garden and Maintenance teams as needed.
 * Provide operational support across the wider hotel and estate as required.

Qualifications & Experience
 * 3+ years’ experience managing multi-site warehouse and logistics operations.
 * A proven track record in inventory control, delivery coordination, and process improvement.
 * Excellent organisational and IT skills (MS Office, Excel, stock management systems).
 * A full UK driving licence (minimum age 21+ for insurance).
 * Physical fitness and be comfortable with hands-on tasks.
Desirable Extras
 * Forklift licence.
 * IOSH / NEBOSH certification.
 * Experience in Hospitality or Leisure environments.
 * Background in high-volume, multi-site operations.
