As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will play an integral role within the care home, working as part of a small domestic team. Your role is key in ensuring the home is cleaned and maintained to very high standard in line with the cleaning schedules in order to ensure our residents live in an exceptional environment. Key Responsibilities:
-To provide a high quality housekeeping service to ensure all areas of the home are cleaned to a high standard and that all linen and resident's personal clothing/items are correctly laundered
-To oversee all domestic staff and to ensure all duties are completed to the desired standards.
-You will be responsible for ordering cleaning stock and ensuring stock levels are correct at all times.
