Requirements Working on a varied caseload of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, MBO's and share schemes. Advising clients on corporate governance matters. Advising on commercial contracts and terms of business. Advising partners on opportunities to add value to the client experience and improve profitability for the team.
