Job Title: Lead Electrician
Location: CM24
Salary: £48,000 per annum
Shifts: Days & Nights (Continental Shift Pattern)
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Lead Electrician to join a leading Facilities Management company, working on a large commercial site in CM24. This is a permanent role offering excellent stability, technical development, and the opportunity to lead electrical maintenance activities within a well-established engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the site
*
Oversee and support a small team of engineers to ensure efficient service delivery
*
Diagnose and repair electrical faults, ensuring systems operate safely and reliably
*
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company procedures
*
Support site operations to minimise downtime and maintain critical systems
*
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to uphold high standards of performance
Requirements:
*
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation or Maintenance
*
18th Edition qualification (essential)
*
Proven experience in a commercial or critical FM environment
*
Strong leadership, communication, and fault-finding skills
*
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
*
Previous experience working on a continental shift pattern is desirable
