With its charming and whimsical decor, the Cosy Club creates an inviting atmosphere where guests can relax and enjoy a memorable dining experience. The restaurant is known for its distinctive style, combining elements of British nostalgia with quirky, contemporary touches. Job Description As a Sales and Reservations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maximizing restaurant revenue through strategic sales initiatives and efficient reservation management. You will be the first point of contact for potential guests, responsible for securing reservations, coordinating special events, and promoting our offerings. Your goal will be to enhance our sales performance and ensure every guest has a remarkable experience. Key Responsibilities Manage Reservations: Proactively manage and maximize reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems. Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value. Event Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote special events, promotions, and new menu items. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other key stakeholders. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Event Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests regarding their private dining event. Reporting: Assist in preparing and maintaining reports on reservations and sales. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about restaurant offerings, menu changes, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests. Qualifications Proven experience in a sales, customer service, or reservations role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry. Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. A proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset. Availability to work two Saturdays a month is required. What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
