We currently have a full time vacancy for an Operational Administrator based at Magna Park, Lutterworth.
Reporting to the Senior Administrator you will be trained to be a multi‑skilled leader covering:
* Approve special pricing agreements on the system
* Investigate and report on queries in relation to supplier contract claims
* Use spreadsheets to resolve queries with both suppliers and BSS branches
* Apply accurate and timely updates to ensure accurate claims are made
It would be great if you were:
* Well organised with the ability to plan workload to achieve tight deadlines
* Good with numbers and with excellent attention to detail
* Enthusiastic and applies an investigative approach to problem solving
* Someone who can easily demonstrate being proactively driven, team focused, and self motivated
* Comfortable communicating verbally and in writing with a variety of colleagues and suppliers
* Confident using Microsoft Excel
