We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
* Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, taking orders and offering recommendations to enhance their experience.
* Upsell menu items and promotions to maximise sales opportunities.
* Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations between the bar and kitchen areas.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred.
* Knowledge of food safety practices and basic culinary skills are advantageous.
* Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
* Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
