Job Description This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 4 days per week on site in Bridgwater. You will support site-based engineering through the Joint Design Office, ensuring construction teams receive timely, robust technical responses. The role focuses on equipment scope across Nuclear Island and Balance of Plant areas, working closely with multiple stakeholders. Respond to engineering queries, non-conformances, change and exemption requests ️ Ensure nuclear safety and environmental regulatory requirements are met Challenge design decisions to align with overall project strategy Coordinate technical support from internal and external organisations Contribute to resolution and closure of open technical points ⚠️ Assess technical risks and define appropriate mitigation actions ️ Interface with construction, quality, project management and design teams Maintain strong relationships with the Responsible Designer organisation
