About the role:
The Suzy Lamplugh Trust is looking for a Deputy Head of Operations to provide senior leadership across our services, ensuring high-quality, safe and effective support for victims.
This is a key role within our Operations team, responsible for driving performance, supporting managers, and ensuring our services directly supports victims of stalking, maintains high quality impact standards, meets safeguarding standards, remains inclusive and delviers funder requirements.
You will:
1. Lead operational delivery across multiple services
2. Line manage senior managers, supporting performance and development
3. Oversee service performance, quality assurance and safeguarding
4. Use data and insight to identify risks and drive improvments
5. Represent services confidently withfunders and partners
6. Support the mobilisation of new services and organisational change
about you:
You will bring:.
7. Significant experience in senior operational management within a safeguarding or victim support setting
8. Strong understanding of safeguarding, risk and trauma-informed practice
9. Experience managing services against KPIs, contracts or funder targets
10. Confidence leading managers and overseeing multi-service delivery
11. Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Desirable:
12. Experience in stalking, domestic abuse or VAWG services
13. Charity or commissioned service experience
