y.
Reporting directly to the Group SHEQ Director, you will work closely with operational teams to ensure compliance, promote best practice and support the continual improvement of SHEQ performance across the busine
ss.
The R
ole:
As Regional SHEQ Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and developing the company’s SHEQ framework, ensuring policies, procedures and documentation remain effective, compliant and aligned with industry best prac
tice.
Key responsibil
* ities: Supporting the implementation and continual improvement of SHEQ policies, procedures and management sy
* stems.Ensuring safe systems of work, risk assessments and associated documentation are in place and maint
* ained.Providing competent health, safety, environmental and quality advice across the bus
* iness.Conducting site inspections and audits across multiple loca
* tions.Monitoring SHEQ performance and identifying opportunities for improv
* ement.Investigating incidents and supporting corrective actions where req
* uired.Working closely with site management teams to promote a positive safety cu
* lture.Preparing reports, presentations and recommendations for senior manag
* ement.Ensuring the business meets all relevant statutory and regulatory obliga
* tions.Supporting employee engagement and awareness around health, safety, environmental and quality stan
dards.

ut You: To be successful in this role, you should p
* ossess:Previous experience within the housebuilding, construction or related in
* dustry.Experience carrying out health and safety, environmental or quality management system
* audits.A strong understanding of SHEQ legislation and best pr
* actice.Excellent communication and stakeholder management
* skills.The ability to influence and support operational teams in achieving high sta
* ndards.Strong organisational and problem-solving abi
* lities.A proactive approach to continuous impro
* vement.A willingness to travel regularly across the Highlands and Moray, with occasional travel further afield as re
quired.
