Randstad Education is recruiting a dedicated and proactive High Level Teaching Assistant(HLTA) to join a supportive School community. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take on more responsibility, lead learning activities, and work closely with teaching staff to drive student progress.

Responsibilities
* Lead and support targeted learning activities under the direction of teaching staff
* Work with small groups and individual students to reinforce understanding
* Track and report on student progress, offering feedback to students and staff
* Help create an organised, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
* Assist with classroom preparation, displays, and administrative tasks
* Participate in school trips and enrichment activities as needed
* Follow safeguarding policies and promote student wellbeing at all times
Requirements
* HLTA status or equivalent, with experience delivering lessons or interventions
* Previous experience in a UK school setting
* Confident in supporting and leading learning across a variety of subjects
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience supporting SEN students and adapting approaches to individual needs
* Ability to manage behaviour calmly and effectively
* Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
* Willingness to take initiative and work independently as needed
