Your New Role:
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital part in empowering adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs. Every day brings the opportunity to make a real difference, whether it is assisting with daily living, offering personal care when required, or helping individuals access theirmunity for leisure activities, appointments, and social opportunities.
This is more than just a job, it is a chance to promote independence, enrich lives, and be part of someone’s journey toward a better quality of life. Shifts are daytime only, with long days running from 8:00am to 8:30pm, giving you consistency and balance.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
1. No prior experience is required as full training and a buddy system will guide you through induction.
2. A friendly, approachable personality that makesmunication easy with both individuals and your team
3. A full driving licence is essential, as you will be supporting people to access themunity and attend appointments.
