This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially minded HR professional who can scale people operations, strengthen leadership capability, and support ambitious growth plans.
The Role
Reporting to the COO, responsibilities will include:
* Developing and delivering the HR strategy aligned to business growth
* Supporting organisational scaling and workforce planning
* Improving employee engagement, retention, and performance
* Building leadership development and succession planning frameworks
* Implementing KPI-led performance management
* Supporting M&A activity, including integration and cultural alignment
* Driving a high-performance culture across the organisation
About You
We are looking for:
* Senior HR leadership experience within a scaling organisation
* Strong commercial and operational mindset
* Experience leading organisational change and performance improvement
* Background in leadership development and employee engagement
* Experience within acquisitive or PE-backed environments advantageous
