This role is ideal for a highly organised, data-driven, and analytical individual with experience working in a fast-paced sales environment and a strong interest in CRM systems, sales operations, and problem solving. The Role Sales Coordinator As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting sales operations, improving processes, and ensuring data accuracy across a bespoke CRM system. Working closely with a national sales team, you will help deliver sales strategies and provide valuable data insights to support commercial decision-making. Key responsibilities include: Supporting an established national sales team with day-to-day sales coordination and administration Managing, maintaining, and contributing to the continued development of a bespoke CRM system Analysing sales data to produce reports and insights that support performance and strategy Supporting the delivery and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives Identifying process improvements and delivering data-driven solutions Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality of sales data and reporting About You We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Sales Co-ordinator who genuinely enjoys problem solving and working with systems and data. You will be comfortable working to deadlines and supporting a high-performing sales function.
