At Accu, we're on a mission to make every customer interaction seamless, friendly, and stress-free. As our Customer Satisfaction Specialist, you'll be the heart of our customer experience - turning queries into smiles and making sure every customer feels valued and supported.

What You'll Do
* Be the friendly face (and voice) helping customers with sales enquiries and order updates.
* Create accurate orders and quotes using our CRM system.
* Provide technical support via email and phone with patience and empathy.
* Ensure a smooth, hassle-free returns process.
* Handle complaints swiftly and fairly to keep our customers happy.
* Build lasting customer relationships by always going that extra mile.
What You'll Bring
* At least 2 years' experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.
* A proactive attitude and a passion for delivering top-notch service.
* Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate systems quickly.
* Great communication, problem-solving, and people skills.
