You’ll be leading a multi-disciplined team, driving performance and safety standards, and helping us deliver critical outputs across our distribution network. What You'll Be Doing Lead and coach your team to ensure safe working practices and high productivity. Ensure teams are competent, authorised, and equipped to meet programme needs. Analyse performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Manage budgets and control costs effectively. Support CI/CML efficiencies and delivery of short- and medium-term plans. Take ownership of customer complaints and ensure resolution. What You'll Bring SVQ/NVQ engineering qualification or equivalent experience. Proven experience in team management. Strong knowledge of construction and maintenance standards. Contractor and SLA management experience. Excellent stakeholder and customer engagement skills. Commercial and regulatory awareness. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite). Willingness to travel to sites in the district as required. A technical background is advantageous but not essential - if you have other relevant experience in an industrial industry, we’d love to hear from you.
