£40,000pa + OTE
Due to continued growth, my client is looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong broker or introducer network experience to support their expanding business. This is a field-based role and requires someone with a Full UK drivers license and you own car.

Key Responsibilities:
* Build, manage, and grow relationships with brokers and introducers
* Field based client meetings to grow strong connections
* Leverage your existing network to establish new partnerships
* Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities
* Maintain and strengthen existing relationships to maximise engagement
* Represent the business professionally within the wider market
About You:
* An established broker or introducer network
* 2-3 years’ experience in business development or relationship management
* Full UK Driving licence and happy to be field based
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
