Quality Coordinator – Microbiology

Our client is seeking a dedicated Quality Coordinator to join their Microbiology team.
Maintain and improve the site-specific document control system.
•Prepare, update, and manage Quality documentation.
•Investigate and resolve customer complaints and queries in collaboration.
•Oversee equipment calibration and monitoring records.
•Deliver Quality inductions.
•Support training in internal auditing, non-conforming work processes, and root cause analysis.
•Monitor and ensure acceptable levels of Internal Quality Control.
•Collate and analyse quality data.
•Investigate non-conforming work issues using root cause analysis.
•Prepare and submit monthly Quality KPI reports.
•Escalate critical quality issues.
•Perform other quality-related duties as required by management.
Degree or equivalent in Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
•Practical experience of working in a food testing laboratory is essential.
•Previous experience in a quality role is advantageous, though quality training will be provided for the right candidate
