The RoleFantastic opportunity for a Mixed Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join a dynamic Business Advisory team. This is a key role involving a blend of compliance and advisory work across a varied portfolio of clients.
* Take full ownership of your client portfolio.
* Manage annual tax return compliance for companies, individuals, and partnerships.
* Provide tax-efficient remuneration planning tailored to client needs.
* Deliver corporate tax planning and succession planning solutions.
* Advise on Capital Gains Tax (CGT) and benefits in kind matters.
* In-depth knowledge of Income and Capital Taxes.
* Delegate tasks effectively within the team and oversee the progress of work.
* Prepare proposals for prospective clients.
To be successful, you'll need strong experience in both Corporate and Personal Tax, along with the ability to lead and manage the delivery of all services within your client base.This is a great step for someone ready to take ownership, build client relationships, and contribute to a high-performing team.Ideal Experience
* A relevant professional tax qualification, such as CA, ATT, or CTA.
* Proven experience in a similar tax-focused role, ideally within a practice environment.
* Strong background in both compliance and advisory tax work.
* Demonstrated ability to lead a team, delegating effectively and supporting development.
* A solid track record of managing client portfolios, with excellent client relationship and engagement skills.
