Join a leading facilities management organisation as a Senior HSQ&E Advisor, supporting Housing and Healthcare contracts across the South East.
This is a hands-on, site-focused role where you’ll drive compliance, support operational teams, and help embed a strong safety culture across complex, live environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide HSQ&E advice across Housing and Healthcare FM operations.
* Ensure compliance with UK legislation and internal management systems.
* Conduct site inspections and audits, driving continuous improvement.
* Support risk assessments, safe systems of work, and HSQ&E documentation.
* Assist with internal and external audits, including third-party assessments.
* Oversee subcontractor compliance and performance.
* Deliver training, coaching, and toolbox talks to site teams.
* Support incident investigations and embed lessons learned.
What We’re Looking For
* HSQ&E experience within Facilities Management, ideally Housing or Healthcare.
* Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation.
* Experience with audits, inspections, and ISO management systems.
* NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and IOSH membership.
* Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach.
* Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
* NVQ Level 5 (or working towards).
* Experience with digital HSQ&E systems (e.g. EHS Wise, Sypol).
