Knowledge/Skills:
* Carrying out scheduled daily cleaning tasks
* Cleaning of processing equipment and production lines to meet required standards, measured through testing samples
* Ensuring that all paperwork is correclty completed
* Making sure that everthing you do complies with company procedures for Health & Safety and Hygiene
* The ability to work effectively under pressure of time
* Reporting any incidents or enviromental concerns to your line manager
Experience/Qualifications:
* Basic understanding of hygiene standards in a food production enviroment
* Health and Safety awareness in the workplace
* Previous experience in food production or processing enviroment is desirable but not essential
Qualities:
* Reliable and punctual with a strong ethic
* Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
* Work well with your Team and be a Team Player, willing to support colleagues and follow instructions
