What does this Care Assistant job involve?
Hours of Work: 0 Hour Contract
* Supporting Clients to live safer and supported lives in their home.
* Following individual Care Plans
* Assist with Personal Care (Helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet.
* Supporting them with their medication
* Practical tasks such as Shopping, Mealtimes and Housework.
