The Paid Marketing Manager will have the following responsibilities:
Lead the Paid Marketing function within a growing digital team.
Drive PPC and paid media performance across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, managing both large and small budgets.
Lead and develop a team of 3+ Paid Marketing Executives/Consultants.
Own paid media strategy across all clients and internal projects.
Use data and advanced analytics to optimise campaign performance.

Profile
A successful Paid Marketing Manager should have:
At least 5 years of experience working in Paid Marketing/ PPC/ Campaign Management.
Must be an expert in using Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads & Microsoft Ads for Paid Marketing Campaigns. This includes the full end-to-end process, from initial research and planning to reporting and optimisation.
Experience using Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Reddit Ads, Indeed & Programmatic Ad Platforms such as Google Display & Video 360 (previously DoubleClick) is preferable.
You will be highly numerical with a strong attention to detail.
You will have strong experience of managing a team.
Excellent written English, communication skills, organisational skills and fluency in Microsoft Office are expected.Job Offer
The successful candidate will receive a competitive package of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus benefits.
