Programme Manager – Insurance Transformation Location: London (Hybrid) | Practice Area : Insurance | Type: Permanent Lead large-scale insurance transformation programmes that combine deep domain expertise with structured programme delivery. The Role Capco is seeking a highly experienced Programme Manager to join our Insurance practice in London. You will lead complex transformation programmes across Life & Pensions, General Insurance, and Commercial & Specialty Insurance, working with leading insurers to deliver strategic, regulatory, operational, and technology change. Operating at the intersection of business and technology, you will oversee multi-workstream initiatives such as core platform modernisation, digital underwriting and claims transformation, regulatory implementation, and post-merger integration. Your insurance domain expertise will enable you to challenge assumptions, guide strategic decisions, and deliver measurable outcomes in highly regulated environments.
