Job Opportunity: Special Education Teacher Position

Salary: £42,750 - £56,750

Key Responsibilities:
1. Tailor and implement personalised learning plans to accommodate the unique requirements of SEN students.
2. Cultivate an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that nurtures the academic and social development of SEN students.
3. Evaluate and monitor the progress of SEN students, offering individualised feedback and assistance as necessary.
4. Collaborate closely with colleagues, parents, and external specialists to ensure comprehensive support for SEN students.
5. Maintain open lines of communication with parents and guardians to facilitate student progress and well-being.
Requirements:
6. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.
7. Previous experience working with SEN students, preferably within a primary school setting.
8. Thorough understanding of SEN educational needs and effective support strategies.
9. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
